Cotton is Hiring a Salesforce Solutions Architect (LegalTech) Near Alexandria, VA
- Lead the planning and implementation of the Salesforce implementation projects
- Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Define project plans, tasks, and resource requirements.
- Assemble and coordinate project staff.
- Manage to the project budget.
- Plan and schedule project timelines.
- Work with law company clients to define and document business requirements (BRD), Identify solutions and recommend best practices.
- Write user stories and acceptance criteria and communicate client needs effectively to the development team.
- Obtain requirements sign-off from key stakeholders to ensure same level of understanding prior todevelopment.
- Product testing to ensure quality delivery to the client.
- Provide direction and support to the project team.
- Present reports defining project progress, problems, and solutions.
- Prepare end user documentation/manuals as required.
- Develop and maintain productive working relationships with teams to enhance work culture and a positive environment.
- Track time to ensure project invoicing
- Proven work experience successfully leading complex full life cycle software implementations.
- Experience working in Legal technology.
- Salesforce configuration & architecting
- Litify/Advologix experience is a plus
- Ability to create solution designs
- Excellent client facing skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to quickly learn technologies and software product functionality.
- Ability to work as a team player.
